  • To prepare major counter (Star counter) business plan & build a relationship with team for liquidation & collection.
  • Drive the business plan with Territory Sales Manager’s.
  • He is the owner for the placement of products & collection from star counter.Daily collect the performance & compliance data from Marketing Executive’s review, comment & reconnect to each of the concerned person & report to Marketing Head & coordinators at Head Office.

  • He has to enroll & maintain relationship with dealers. Prepare a placement, liquidation & collection plan counter wise.
  • Follow-up with each of the counter to achieve the collection & liquidation plans.
  • Achieve, complete the planned targets into achievements & innovate various sales & collection plan under each dealer.
  • Achieve the compliance and productivity of each team.
  • Prepare the report of each Marketing Executive, review & communicate to Zonal Manager & Head Office.

  • Incharge of 15 BOPIS Stores in the cluster(online) (Book Online And Pick In Store).
  • Identification and appointing the BOPIS Stores (Online)
  • Responsible of revenue generation from the BOPIS Stores.

  • Drive the team for sales and collections.
  • Involve store inventory and vendor management.

  • Everyday farm visit (20 farmers per day), writing slips which results in to liquidation.
  • Follow up previous days, prescription slips for noting the conversion rate.
  • Conducting INM demo’s field days farmer meetings in each counter.
  • Conducting various branding activities in the field, in the counters and also in social media.
  • Continuously preparing details of written slips & reconnecting to missed out farmers and daily data has to be shared with TSM’s HO and dealers.
  • Doing innovative ways and means of liquidation & demand generation.

Experience: 2-4 Years
