Fire Extinguisher Training session
We at Criyagen are focussed on the safety and security of our employees and everyone in the premises. In this regard, we organize fire safety and the significance of being well-prepared in the event of a fire emergency. As part of our commitment to ensuring a safe working environment, we conducted a comprehensive Fire Extinguisher Training session at our office.
It is crucial that all employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to handle fire extinguishers effectively. Mishandling or improper use of fire extinguishers can lead to injuries, fail to extinguish a fire, or even exacerbate the situation. Therefore, training in fire extinguisher usage is an essential component of our overall fire safety protocol.
During the training session, our expert fire safety instructor provided in-depth guidance on the proper handling, activation, and usage techniques of fire extinguishers. The session covered various types of fires, different classes of fire extinguishers, and the appropriate methods for dealing with each specific fire scenario.
Participants were given the opportunity to practice using fire extinguishers in controlled simulations, ensuring that they gained practical experience in a safe and controlled environment. Our aim was to enhance everyone’s understanding of fire safety procedures, enabling them to respond effectively and confidently if a fire incident occurs in the building.
We strongly encourage all employees to take this training seriously and maintain a proactive mindset towards fire safety. By familiarizing ourselves with the correct usage of fire extinguishers and adhering to established fire safety protocols, we can significantly reduce the risk of harm to ourselves and others during a fire emergency.
Remember, fire safety is a collective responsibility. Each and every one of us plays a vital role in maintaining a safe workplace. If you have any questions or need further clarification on fire safety procedures or the use of fire extinguishers, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Health and Safety team.
